BS Physics Program

COMSATS institute of information technology is taking lead in introducing a BS degree in physics. The program is designed to train and equip students with the latest developments associated with physic and its allied technologies. The program pays special attention to work out the fundamental concepts in quantum mechanics, statistical mechanics and electro dynamics. In the final year, students will opt for electives in a number of available areas like micro and nanotechnologies (electronics and opto electronics), material science, high energy physics, radiation physics, quantum optics and informatics. The graduates will readily be employed by R&D organizations, teaching institutes, and for PhD studies
